Boost Mobile - Quality, Customer Service Is Terrible
ZTE SEQUENCE - Complaint
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased my phone on October 12, 2012. Also purchased a 2 year warranty. My phone started acting up like a month after purchase. I called Wal-Mart to use my 2 year replacement plan that I purchased. They refused to oblige because I have a 1 year warranty through Boost. I called Boost and they told me it was probably the battery (the things that are happening with my phone can't be because of the battery).
Then they told me I had to send them my phone so they can try and fix it. This phone is my only means of communication. What I don't understand is why they wouldn't just replace my phone. I spent $200.00 on a phone that barely works and Boosts offer was for me to send it to them which I would have to pay for the shipping and they'd have it for about 3 weeks, that is a big inconvenience.
On top of everything else they do system updated that makes the phone worst. I need a new carrier that cares about their customers clearly boost doesn't they care about the customer's money that's it.
