Jo Ann Fabrics - Angry Manager and Bad Customer Service

Returning Scrapbooking Items - Complaint

CENTENNIAL, COLORADO -- I recently went to a local Jo Ann Fabrics store to return some scrapbooking items I did not need. I had a receipt. The cashier paged a manager to do my return. The manager stormed up to the check out area and scolded the cashier and myself for disrupting her during a lunch break. As the manager grumbled and talked food bits flew out of her mouth and went on the counter and the items that I was returning as well as spit. I asked the manager if she had a on call paid lunch and she said, " Yes, but I still don't want to be bothered."

The manager did the returns slapped the receipt down on the counter and slammed the returns down into a bin. She then stomped off and rudely said that she was going back to lunch don't bother her. I will not shop at Jo Ann Fabrics again this is not the only time I had bad customer service there. Doing a return with a receipt and still poor customer service? I just can't Win with Jo Ann Fabrics.
