Sears.com - Non Delivery/installation of Dishwasher
Dishwasher - Complaint
Purchased dishwasher on 8/2/13 on Sears.com. And, over the last three weeks have never one been contacted by Sears or one of the installation contractors. Appalling pathetic customer service. We have contacted Sears seven times and received apologies and promises that an installation contractor will contact us....nothing happens. I'm thoroughly disgusted with Sears and their treatment. Never again. I'll be canceling my Sears credit card in the near future.
