RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CALIFORNIA -- The "Whole Grain Brown Rice" is not just brown rice. It is parboiled! So much for it being just whole grain brown rice. If it is parboiled, the package should clearly state that fact. It is only listed when looking at ingredients. I am mad at myself for trusting a package labeled brown rice would be just that. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Say what it is on the front - it is not natural whole grain brown rice, it is parboiled natural grain brown rice and there is a difference!

The first customer service person was robotic and very frustrating. She kept repeating the same thing and not listening. A supervisor actually listened and is refunding the cost of the rice (the reason for a two star rating instead of a one star rating).

Change the packaging with some honesty!

If it wasn't parboiled it would take 45 min. to cook. Brown rice takes a lot longer to cook than Uncle Ben's does. Parboiled just means pre-cooked, so doesn't that just mean pre-cooked whole grain rice?

You saw par-broiled somewhere so what's the problem?
