Good Feet Store - Unbelievable Rudeness by the Franchise Owner, DON’T Go There.
Shoes/Arches Sales - Complaint
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- The owner of the Good Feet Store in Cincinnati was extremely unprofessional and antagonistic. She verbally stated before purchase that items purchased had exchangeable guarantees and when I informed her about my Neurologically damaged feet she proclaimed that after a short period of time I could bring the shoes back. I followed the prescribed agenda for breaking in the arches and after about 4 sessions found that I could not tolerate the pain of the arch and the shoe was making my right knee sore. She became hostile and augmentative when confronted about exchanging the arch supports to a lower level of rigidity and returning the shoes and became demeaning in her attitude.
Stated “due to your attitude (our attitude) we need to have a long conversation about the arches” and “she had spent a considerable amount of time with us the first time and we demanded the harder supports against her recommendation”. In that same conversation she stated I want to feel a “golf ball” in my arch. Again, concerned about that “golf ball” at that time before the purchase she informed us that we could exchange them (the supports) without any problem.
I was shocked at her boisterous comments and attitude in front of several customers that were there in the store at that time as she finally stated she “would not exchange the supports” because of our attitude.
The Cincinnati Good Feet store has the worst service on product exchange or store credit that I have ever witnessed and I will never purchase any product under any circumstance from this store and would recommend that no one else does either.
