I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. We ordered kitchen cabinets from them, because we fell for the BS on their website and we needed to get cabinets quick. We paid extra for 3 day delivery. That turned into 3 WEEK delivery. And when the shipment finally did come, there were many damaged pieces and pieces missing. Multiple emails, phone calls, threats, pleadings, etc. fall on deaf ears. No real person answers their telephone, only a service. Their "Customer Service" number needs a new name, as all they tell you when you call is that you need to send an email. Emails go unanswered. After more than 2 months, I have still not received my full order, nor have they refunded me over $400 in overcharges for the "quick-ship" option that never happened. This is a scam company. I googled it, and it's a high-rise bldg. in Chicago, not a cabinet warehouse. Most likely there is nobody in an office either. This company has a rating by the Better Business Bureau of "F". Check it out yourself.

I suggest disputing the charges with your credit card company.
