Marriott International Informative - Check -in -- take what we give you and shut up
Marriott has really slid into a non-customer oriented posture. They are now just money grabbers. Their customer service has dipped to an all time low. Tey calling them and lodge a complaint -- they will tell you under no circumstances do tehy care. Marriott business is good and doing well -- if you don't like it take your business else where -- just ask Cindy (supervisor) in Omaha.
As I try and make reservations -- they make it very clear -- that if I want to stay at any of their properties -- I have to take what they give me and like it.
