Sprint - Early Termination
Sprint Phone Connect / Land Line Service - Complaint
ALTADENA, CALIFORNIA -- Sprint connect was purchased on 6/2/13 & was set up to use after my last AT&T bill was paid & that was paid on 6/17/13. Sprint connect was set up for use on 6/24/13. It never worked, my cell phone has never worked inside my home. (I have been a Sprint customer since 2001). I had to use my grandson's Apple Phone to contact Sprint for help.
I was told on 6/24/13 that a part needed to get service would be sent by mail. I called back on 7/1/13, again using my grandson's cell phone & was told I would get a call back that night @ 7:45, I did not get a call back. When I called back on 7/2/13, I was told by Austin that the part was never ordered, however an airwave would be sent out within 24 hrs. On 7/10/13 I spoke with Ramon, I explained all of my frustrations & we came to the conclusion together that Sprint phone connect was not for me. I was told I would be charged full price for the cell phone upgrade but no early termination, & a return kit would be sent. At that time I let AT&T know that I was returning, Sprint was to release my phone number of 20 plus yrs. on 7/15/13 when everything was to be finalized. My phone number of 20 plus yrs. was lost, after all of the inconveniences, insult added to injury, they charged me a $200.00 early termination fee.
Fast forward to today, I have been paying the undisputed charges, but have yet to be compensated for all of my trouble & inconveniences. The attitude of the employees of Sprint is unacceptable to say the least.
