Virgin Mobile - Very Bad Customer Service
The Technical Support Department - Complaint
PLAINFIELD, INDIANA -- I bought an Iphone 5 on the website of Virgin Mobile. However, they forgot to send me an UICC card so I could not activate my phone. I called the Technical Support Department 4 times, they promised to call me back in the next 24 to 72 hours to fix my problem. They said they will send me the UICC card in the next 3 business days. But what's the hell? I waited for 2 weeks but I could not get anything from them!
I decided to return it and never use Virgin Mobile again! Very very bad service! I'm so disappointed about their service.
