Sprint - Avoid them at all cost

CUSTOMER SERVICE -- At all costs, do not switch to Sprint. Stay with whatever evil you are dealing with. I was promised free activation..did not happen. I was told that my lines would not be ported from Verizon until I activated new Sprint phones..did not happen. Was left phone less and aggravated for 3 days. Spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve activation issues and then received my first bill which was over $1,000.00. Too long a story to really get into. Bill has been resolved to some extent although activation fees remain. Just not worth. I plan on taking them to small claims court and then going back to Verizon as soon as possible.
