Dish Network Not Willing to Account for How They Spend My Money.

COLORADO -- I have been a Dish customer for some years. I am not willing to give them a credit card. Dish runs an "open ended" accounting. There is no starting and end date" nobody is willing to put in writing what I am paying for.
When I last made a lump sum payment that supposed to provide for a year of service, the representative stated a starting and end date. over the phone. I asked for Dish to put it in writing!!!!!!! She absolutely refused.
In just 3 years my costs on using Dish have doubled. I have not made any changes to my programming. They claim to send monthly statements. These so called statement only say, You owe 0 at this time. again no dates.
Dish cannot be held accountable for what they do with your money. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars for handling my money.
