ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY -- To who it may concern I have been for the past 15yrs taking the 553 bus from mays landing n. j to Atlantic City New Jersey. I had to stop because the 553 bus that picks me up at 6am is late on a daily basis. The bus gets me to work late everyday. Passengers on the bus is also unhappy. I have to pay someone to take me to work in the am. The bus that leaves the bus station in Atlantic City the 553 bus that leaves at 3:40pm is late 5 out of 7 days. The other buses leaving such ass the 501,554 arrives and leaves on time. It is unfair that we have to stand out in all types of weather waiting sometimes until 4pm for the bus to arrive. The other employees act like they do not care when we ask what happen to the bus. People need to get to work or worked all day and tired. I do not think this is fair. speaking for the passengers

You need to contact NJT with your complaint. Speaking with a supervisor at the AC Terminal might also help. If a bus is always late they need to find out why.

One of the many reasons I wouldn't set foot on public transport even if it were available where I live.

As much as I would love not having to actually pay attention and drive my 80 mile round-trip commute each day, things like this (plus two little kids on a train is no fun) are what stay my hand.
