Dish Network - Rude, Unprepared, Dishonest
CONOWINGO, MARYLAND -- We have had Dish for just over two weeks, we have lost signal twice for over a half an hour during light drizzle. We have had five technicians come out, one asked to use our tools to bury the cable and took sand from my children's sandbox without my consent to fill the hole. We were told we could record six shows but were not told we can't pick those six shows. The Hopper records 6 prime time shows from 8-10 on it's own.
I also asked that my package included the Boomerang Network since it's my children's favorite. After installation they had to upgrade our package as the original package did not include that channel. We also had one technician tell us he would start installing but if he became tired he was not going to finish and someone would have to come finish, then he had the nerve to tell us that the technicians before him were probably American and spoke better English than him and we didn't make them finish the installation so why did we insist he finish it, and that was discrimination, so we asked him to leave.
All we want is to cancel with no termination fee and Dish will not allow us.
