10GYM - South Tulsa - Membership was cancelled by 10GYM

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- On 8/31/13, I sent an email to 10GYM regarding the ac. It has not been working correctly in over a month. I also told them about the rusty equipment and the ladies locker room smells like raw sewage. Instead of addressing the problems, they decided to cancel my membership after being a member for almost 20 years.

Once they changed the name from All American to 10GYM, they claimed that they were going to make all sorts of improvements. That was over a year ago and nothing has changed except closing the pool.
If I was looking to join a gym and decided to tour the one at 69th & Lewis, I would turn right around and walk out. It is disgusting. The only thing that kept me going was the group fitness classes. Everyone is so nice.

It's a shame that this is how they treat a longtime member.
When I called to have them redo my membership, I was told that I insulted them and they would not renew it. Very professional.
