Refurbished Laptop - Complaint
I purchased a refurbished ASUS laptop. Out of the box the spacebar did not work. I was on hold for over an hour and the chat room "all agents busy, please try again later". Under the return policy, I am eligible for a 14 day refund. Finally I called the manufacturer and have to return the unit. I can't believe Tiger Direct ships a refurbished laptop without checking the keyboard - especially the common use of a spacebar. I read reviews on their website and expected great customer service and expected they would immediately help. I will never buy from them again.
