Priceline Will Not Step Up For You.
Hotel - Complaint
Tried to get a refund after checking in to a hotel and immediately checking out after finding evidence of bedbug debris.
We did not cancel our reservation, but would not stay. Nothing but bedbugs would have cause us to choose to drive another 6 hours till 3 AM to get back to our own beds, but the "investigation" of the incident included coupons for further travel, and no help or refund with the problem.
