Citi Card - Difficult
My card has always been on auto pay which now they have no record of. Needless to say my payment is late. When I called to make a payment or find out what happened to auto pay, I have been run through a series of people whom I can't understand (English not a first language) and who have no authority to view my record.
When I checked on line my account shows $1000 in pending payments! My usual payment is $500 so no one at Citi card can check out why this is, only suggest that I make yet another payment of $500! Inept "credit specialists."
