18425 PONY EXPRESS DRIVE HIGHLANDS RANCH, COLORADO -- MaidPro was to have two cleaners come clean house that was empty and was newly painted with new carpet and no furniture, quick clean. I was called and told they would need more time and price would go from $225 to $425 and all they had cleaned was a toilet, shower, and sink and floor of a very small bathroom and the oven and kitchen floor. No vacuuming which I had asked for to get up pieces of new carpet.

I was told I would be credited $75 and then called and told owner said no. They agreed to have someone vacuum. The girl on phone did say they wiped some blinds and paint came off. When I got there to meet my new tenant who was moving in that day I couldn't believe it. The kitchen floor, appliances had not been wiped. all blinds except for the ones they ruined were covered with dust. The bathrooms had not been touched.

They told MaidPro they worked on the closets. The closets are so small and have a shelf with new carpet and new paint. Nothing was dusted. Where they said they cleaned there were cobwebs. The owner would not return my calls.
