Dish Network - Nearly Impossible to Cancel Service

POST FALLS, IDAHO -- I decided to cancel Dish Network after 4 years since they did not have NFL Ticket. After 2 calls (disconnected on first call) it took me at least 30 minutes to convince the customer service representative that I was cancelling the service. He kept saying "I understand BUT". He did not understand - I finally had to get mad before he accepted that the equipment was no longer attached to my home, I did not want an installer back to install it, and that I wanted to cancel service. After seeing some other reviews about the return process, I shudder to think what I will go through next. Memo to Dish - don't expect me to recommend your service to anyone.
