Sprint - Worst customer service-ever
PLEASANTON -- Called to disable text function last month. I was told it was done but it wasn't because I got a bill again today for texts from randoms stores that I never signed up for. I called again and after several transfers, a manager named Reginald [snip] answered the phone. He first blamed me for not remembering my pin number which I never used in the past because being a Sprint customer for 10 years, I never called them once about anything.
Instead of helping me, he started scolding me for not being able to verify the pin and that he absolutely can not help me at all! Upon urging, he said he can mail the pin number out but can't give it to me over my email and that I just have to wait 7+days. I said I'll wait and call him back when I get the letter but he told me I can't do so b/c he doesn't have a phone number for me to call him back at and that I will not ever be able to speak to him again once I hang up. He said I have to call the general number and I have to explain the entire situation to a NEW person all over again.
I am not sure what kind of customer service that was but it was one of the worst ones I've encountered.
