Travelocity - Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Stay Away!!
The short of it is this. I booked a flight, then cancelled a flight using their call center in India. I went to use my credit a month later and was told I never cancelled, so I had to eat $315.60.
I complained until they agreed to listen to the customer service recording and SURPRISE! There is no recording. Do not book with these people. "The customer is always wrong!" is the title of their employee manual.
