Time Warner Cable - 62 Days of Constant Pixalation and 7 Tech Visits

EL PASO, TEXAS -- No communication, no customer service skills, each time the Time Warner tech arrived at my home it was visibly apparent the main focus was on the next call and not the task at hand.I say no communication because all they know of the previous tech visit is the name of the tech but no info on what was done by him. So again, I would explain the problem too avail.
A waste of my time and theirs .it took 62 days too find a problem the last tech found because he cared.day 63 a tech shows with the tech supervisor in tow too let me know the problem was fixed. It remains too be seen. As for the tech supervisor why did he bother coming I ask. His attitude was the final straw for me. Hence this review.
