Time Warner Cable - Very Poor Customer Service
Call center - Complaint
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NEW YORK -- I tried 13 times on three days for a total of 2.25 hours to reach a person in their customer service center. When I did reach someone, I was transferred twice, actually back and forth between departments, for a total of 42 more minutes.
In the end all I wanted to do was transfer my service to a new location. I considered an upgrade, but this experience has left me with a mind to never give Time Warner Cable another dime. I will actively look for replacements, but TWC greases enough lawmakers that they can keep their monopoly.
It is a very bad company that has no concern for customers.
