Customer Service - Complaint
CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- I signed a two year contract with Sprint. Bought 5 phones for family at that time. Billed about $250 each month and pay our bill on time for shoddy service. Can't even get good reception when inside home. Was promised an upgrade for $50 when I signed the contract so today went to get another phone and was told I would have to sign another two year contract in order to get an upgrade.
My contract is not even up yet so why would I sign another one. I told the manager it was bad business to lose a good paying customer over $50 and he said "can't help you". So Sprint, I will never have another contract with you and when this one is over in 3 months, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
There are too many options to stay with a company that does not honor their word. My advice to others looking for a new cell phone company, stay away from Sprint.
