Good Feet Store - Okay Experience - Trying a Temporary Set and Getting Relief!
Good feet orthotics
WICHITA, KANSAS -- I've lived with back, hip, knee pain on one side for over two decades. Doctors talking about cortisone injections, surgery...you know, the stuff you really don't want to do until you have to.
I saw the Good Feet Store infomercial one night and thought it couldn't hurt to exhaust my options. My doctor told me I probably needed to get things re-aligned and get some orthotics. So, why not? They advertised that they started at just under $60. When I went in, the lady was very nice, seemed to be helpful. I didn't really understand why she didn't measure anything, but she did do the "ink" test, I could clearly see the areas that were taking the pressure hits - and two of them are giving me massive trouble. So we started fitting orthotics. Didn't take long to notice that they helped! She told me about their 3 step program, how each one of the types worked with your activities and different shoes, and what would work best for me. Then she came at me with the price - I had no idea it was so much. They did offer financing - too funny! I told her I wasn't prepared for that kind of expense. So she left for a few minutes, came back with two pairs of temporary orthotics for me to try if I wanted. The cost was more in line with what I was expecting, so I bought them. I will say within a couple hours my knee felt so much better!
By the end of the day, much less back, knee, hip pain. My leg nerves weren't throbbing or tweaking, seems to be helping. Don't know if I will cave in to the massive price $1,000, but now I know I have some options before I think about needles and lasers!
