Time Warner Cable - Worst Customer Service Company Ever!
All - Complaint
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I had canceled my service with Time Warner Cable back on Aug 22nd and still received a bill for that month and the current month. When calling to question the bill, no one I talked to could help me and it was always someone else's issue. I started the call at 6:41pm and finally got a resolution at 10:15pm. All this after being hung up on twice and having to call back and wait 15-20 minutes on hold.
I would suggest no one ever use Time Warner Cable. If it was the only service in my area, I would sell my TV, because I will never have anything from them in my house again.
