Lowe's Informative - Customer Focused/Employee Focused Dynamics
KENNEWICK, WASHINGTON -- There is a great place called Lowe's Department Store where customers can go to receive great customer service. There may be times where a few customers "fall through the crack" and feel that they are not receiving the best attention. The employees will agree to diagree.
Since my employment at Lowes, approximately 1 year ago I would extimate that only 1% of individuals were not happy with our service. Not bad. Our training programs are intense and our number one concern is our customers. Try our competitors any day and I can guarantee that a person will not find any assistance. Mystery shopping is great.....!
Just for the customers information, the employees are put through a regiment of making sure that your needs are taken care of even before you step into the store. Behind the scenes are challenges more than what you could imagine to prepare us to attend to you needs. I always visioned that we could have customers come into our shoes for a day to see the battle we go through on a daily basis. Even with this crazyness, we still approach you with a sime and you are our main focus. So, next time you go to a department and we are not there for one second....count to ten, we are not very far away to help you.
There is a place called Lowe's where you can actually know we care for our customers.
