NEW YORK -- I filed a compliant with the better business bureau yesterday for usaphotonation. I will be doing everything in my power to shut this horrible company down. Please find other victems and lets work on filing this class action lawsuit, I want all of the people that work for this company to be put in jail.

I got my camera in the mail and was not too pleased. I was given everything that comes standard in the box plus a $70 camera bag that is sold for $20 normally.

Not only are they price gouging their prices on accessories for everything they sell, they offered me free shipping they i later found out that i was actually charged.

Sounds like buyer's remourse. If you found out later you paid too much that's not fraud or price gouging, that's sloppy shopping.

Do you have any idea what a 'class action lawsuit' is? and what they generally result in 99% of the time? The lawyers get 10 million and you get a free $1.99 travel cup with the company name written on it.
