Travel To Go - Customer Service is Terrible
SANDIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- They convinced us on a visit to Branson MO as well this was the deal of a lifetime. With our membership came a free Cruise, and the promise someone would be contacting you. SO FAR NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED US. I have had to repeatedly reach out to them. And the SO called FREE cruise...what a joke. I have had to pay 600 for port fees alone, not including any excursions, airfare, or any thing else. I looked at the Cruises online, I could of gotten a better deal if I just booked through them. WHAT is free? I still can't figure it out.
I keep paying them the money they request with the answer that "once we receive the payment, you will be contacted". Well they received their payments and it has cleared my account, but again have I heard from them. NO. They keep delaying the processes as if to purposely make you miss the "SO CALLED" free cruise, so they can keep the money. Yes I feel like I got scammed, and No I will not recommend you. You know what they say...IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS.
