Reebok Customer Service Rude In My Opinion
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I purchased Reebok underwear black Men's V-Neck t-shirts in a sealed 3 pack. I wore two of them under a business suit one time each. First washing one t-shirt the hem totally unraveled and the second shirt, the hem totally "puckered". The third shirt had not been worn.
I contacted Reebok to a disappointing lecture about how I should save all my receipts. Excuse me, but I am the consumer not their child. I calmly explained I opened the package, the item looked fine, I wore it, I threw away the packaging and the receipt as in all practicality the product seemed fine. I don't need to weigh in a suitcase with empty wrappers for a "just in case scenario."
I believe there should be certain givens expected with a quality control of a product. Of course I also recall merchants standing behind their products. I got none of this plus a lecture. In my opinion, the Reebok representative crossed the line with her lecture.
