Electrolux - Faulty Design, Worst Customer Service!
French Door Fridge - Complaint
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA -- It started when I reached into my retirement fund to remodel my kitchen. I picked an Electrolux because I remember my Mom swearing by their vacuums. I now swear at their fridge. First it leaked and ruined my new hardwood floor, then the problems started with the ice maker and water! It is a faulty design, and dealers and repair people have confirmed this. They also will not pay the going rate for repair so no one wants to work on them.
After multiple service calls they deemed it "unrepairable" but.........they won't replace it! It was approx $4000 to buy and now they want me to buy another one and then they will give me 70% off the same model, excluding tax! So that means I have to come up with $1500.! for a product I already paid for!
They have the worst customer service ever! It's a lemon, cut your losses and replace it! But no. NO customer loyalty, no customer service! They make a faulty designed product (expensive too) and now they want me to pay again???
