Fridgidaire - Service Was Very Very Poor
Refrigerator - Complaint
NEW YORK -- My refrigerator broke down. So I kept calling the registered service provider for Frigidaire for three days & nobody ever called back. So I opted to call a private service ( not affiliated w/ Frigidaire) to diagnosed what`s wrong, & he found out its the Compressor. So I called again the refrigerator dept. of Frigidaire & finally they sent the service man after calling for 3 days, w/an 8 month old baby!!
Now, even though this service man is their service, I still have to PAY for their service fee. I already know what is wrong w/ the refrigerator! Plus, they don`t have the unit (Compressor) they told me I have to wait for 2 weeks, imagine!! WHY I have to PAY for the service if its under warranty. WHY I have to wait 2 wks. for the unit, Its really unfathomable the fact that I have a baby too, who is relying food, in the refrigerator!
The Product SUCKS as well as the PEOPLE working in Frigidaire.
