Kendal Septic - Incompetent Employees

MICHIGAN -- I have water in my finished basement...I called Kendal septic, and an after hours phone operator answers...I tell her I have a septic back up in my finished basement...She told me that she will have a tech call me back, shortly...A tech called me back within 20 minutes...He is slow to respond, indecisive, seems to have trouble figuring out when he should help me, and what he should me with...I am guessing he is under the influence of something. ..It quickly becomes apparent that this tech can't help me.

I called back to the after hours phone operator and tell her my experience with the tech...I ask her to get me a different tech who is mentally sharp and willing to take care of my septic issue...She told me that the tech I spoke to is the only one available...I complain further to her, and then she tells me that she will try to have a different tech call me back...I wait an hour and receive no return call from a different tech...I called back again to speak with the phone operator who told me she was going to have a different tech call me back, and a different phone operator answers the phone. ..I asked this phone operator if I could speak with the original phone operator that I spoke to, and she told me she could not find out who I had spoken to...Meanwhile she asks me over and over again, like a robot, if I am calling in with an emergency...I told her I didn't know.
