Juniper Bank Informative - Don't use it - credit cards
I pay them on time, my bill says, that the payment was received on 3/20 and that a late fee was applied on 3/21.
both numbers, will direct you to an automatic menu, which will never give in, or let you talk to any humans (who are not that pleasant once you get to them)
the machine will mock you saying "Press 4 to hear our late fee refunding policy" after you press 4 it will say "Currently we have no policy to refund late fees !!!"
Then when you finally get to the customer service representatives (to close the credit card of course), they tell you that you can do whatever you want, they've got you, and that they are happy to close your account.
by comparison, American express waived the late fee, and it was a 1,300 bill, that was late for 7 days, while those guys charged me $ 39 for a $68 bill that was only late for a day, and my statement shows that the late fee was applied AFTER the payment was received.
Don't go there, describing them as crooks doesn't do them justice
