Cable - Complaint
I signed up for bundle deal and paid charges; asked if there were any other charges due and we were told no. When they came to hook up phone and internet we were asked for additional money stating because they were two different companies only working together.
Canceled bundle and got only cable but was not refunded money of higher deposit. Canceled service 8 month after installation due to poor customer service. They charged our account without notice or consent of $749! The customer service reps are not helpful or knowledgeable.
The cable service went out and they expected us to still pay before even fixing the issue before finally cancelling.
