CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS -- I am now into my second month of dealing with Sprint. Today, another charge showed up on my credit card statement. I have now been charged several times for services I did not have, get, or used.
I contacted the FCC and here is what happened; The FCC simply tells Sprint they have a complaint. I was set up with a Barbara[snip], who is clueless, and does not understand English.
Then I get a letter from Tiffany [snip], another clueless Sprint employee, stating the matter is OK, and I have gotten all my refunds.
These people are the Kings and Queens of Runaround!!!!!
Now I am going to spend time filing complaints with any agency or firm I can find that will cause Sprint trouble.
