Direct TV - Horrible Customer Service

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- Direct TV has given me the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. It's astonishing how they have treated me and I will never use them again once my contract is up.
The first day they set up my TV it stopped working 5 minutes after the tech left and when I called to get it fixed they said they couldn't have a tech out for a week to fix it. I had to schedule a 4 hour time period to sit and wait for them to come and they never showed up. When I called to complain they told me that they couldn't find my appointment it must have somehow got deleted and they could schedule me another one another week later during another 4 hour waiting period.
I was livid and asked to speak to a supervisor who could give me a more exact appointment due to the fact that they had already made me wait and never shown up but he just couldn't do that for me. He could however give me a guarantee on my next appointment waiting slot so if they didn't show up I would get a money credit for my next bill and this bill would be credited for the time I was without service. I finally agreed.
They never showed up for this appointment either. I called again and they said they were busy but could send someone out the following day. I freaked out and they ended up sending a tech over that night an hour later who actually did fix it however I just got my bill, which is automatically taken out of my account, and it was not credited. They actually added on more unauthorized charges. DO NOT get Direct TV!
