Best Buy - Useless Manager

SALEM, OREGON -- Today I went into Best Buy in Salem to return my supposedly brand new laptop, this would be the third time I have come back to this store for help in vain. I had bought my laptop a week ago today but problems arose the first night I had it. Anyway, I returned 3 days later to try and return it. I was met with a alternative solution to exchanging my laptop, tired it, it failed. Now I am told that I can't get anything for my trouble, no docked price no help with anything other than getting a new laptop. I wasn't asking for free stuff, just a little extra help. Turns out the sales associate that helped me did far more than what the people in change did.
Don't go to this store if you value your time and respect, it just seems like they don't care how they treat the customer.
