Vivint - Failure to Cancel Contract

PROVO, VIRGINIA -- We moved and asked that contract on old home be canceled. They told me to send in a 30 day cancelation notice and it would be done (that is in Jan. of 2013) as of today Sept. 2013 they are still debiting my account. Mind you the contract ended in June of this year.

I have taken to having a stop pay place on the account for them and am having my back deal with them with the portion since the contract ending.

They were great while providing the service but I will never use them again, simply because they refuse to let you cancel a contract. Even on a home I am no longer living in.
