TigerDirect-First Purchase, Never Again! UPDATE

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- UPDATE: Had posted resolution (9/7) that TigerDirect had replied to my request to cancel exchange/return and credit back my Visa card. They stated 3-5 working days, it has been over 5 working days and I see no credit back on my card. Sent email to the Company response on this site on making sure I was satisfied with their service, asking for status of my credit back last Saturday. Still no response, this just validates why I will never deal with this company again. Will continue to deal with Amazon, Rakuten and NewEgg as they are fast, efficient and customer service is excellent. Something I just can't say about TigerDirect!!!

If it's not too late, file a dispute with your credit card company.
