EUGENE, OREGON -- I call and get hung up on. I call and get disconnected. I call and wait over 30 min to even speak to someone who is rude and stupid. there answering service always says heavy call volumes, long waits. ever hear of hiring more people????? last week I spent over 10 hours on the phone with their stupid service people. I wasted enough earnings to pay for over 3 months of their lousy service to complain about the lousy service. a bunch of rude, disrespectful people who have forgotten who pays their salary. lousy service, lousy people. and no corporate number to call, because they just do not care.

Took me less than 30 seconds to find their corporate number: 318-388-9000
