Video solutions Complaint - Service from Hewlett Packard

NEW YORK -- On the 2nd of February 2006 i bought a Brand new Laptop from HP. After 3 Days i noticed the plastic trim coming loose around the 17 inch screen.This was a $2600 Dollar laptop.The sales rep Stood on QVC and Stated they would repair all products on a 7 day business return.I contacted HP who transferred me to a Call Centre in India.The person on the line could barely speak a word of english.I was the Transferred back to England,Where Arrangments were made to collect and repair.It is now the 31st of March and still no Sign of My Brand new laptop.I would not recommend HP to my worst enemy.The last time i rang the Repair centre i was told 7th of April.the part would be in. (Bull-****).Ihave Heard this C**p for 4 weeks.

Your not saying anything new. All the computer manufacturers do the same thing when you send in something for repair. Look online and you will see Dell, HP, Alienware all have the same problems. This is why you need to build your own pc. This way if your pc needs fixing, you have control over the repair.
