Staples - Terrible Tech Support and Repair

NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS -- Bought a fax and printer from staples and was installed by staples and was unable to print my emails. Called their tech dept to come home and said I needed to pay 100/-- upfront before they came. Tech said the connection was incorrect and changed to just printer. After he left and I tried to open any links it would not open. Called the store back so he could fix it and was told it is something diff and would cost me 100/-. When I tried to explain it it happened after he fixed the email and started yelling at me saying there is nothing he can do. Just pay or oh well.
They are very poor in the tech dept and are limited.Told they do not do mac and other products
