Allstate - Horrible Customer Service and Employees
Customer Support - Complaint
HUDSON, OHIO -- Called in to Allstate to pay my bill and confirm my policy changes were made. Rep from India sent me to Ohio. Black female representative from Ohio got on the line. It sounded as if she was either drunk or on some sort of opiate but she did confirm with me that the policy changes were made to my account which was the only good part about speaking to her. I then asked her why I had a bill saying a much higher total due than what she was quoting me for. She did not give me an answer but began to get very rude to me.
I asked her to send me the bill via email so I no longer had to discuss with her. She refused to do so and then told me she was terminating my plan. I asked her why and she wouldn't respond. I asked her for a supervisor and she said she doesn't have supervisors who handle people without an Allstate policy. Then the lady hung up on me.
I called back in to Allstate to complain and the guy from India helped me out much better than the crack head from Ohio.
