BROOKLYN PARK, MINNESOTA -- I called because the screen on my laptop cracked. I called they approved my claim. They sent me the box to ship it to them all within 3 days of my call. I thought wow what fast service...HA, after they received my product they kept updating me with BS emails saying they got it on the 4th of the month, then the 10th of the month and so on. I called everyday asking the status and got the same reply...mam, our service technicians are assessing the damage and we can't give you a return date status. I then asked for a supervisor who gave me the same line of crap...still waiting on my laptop after a month...I paid 150 dollars for this worthless warranty, getting ready to contact the BBB.

Hopefully you know how to speak another language because that is what you will be dealing with when calling there uneducated customer service department....

Go to the store where you purchased the laptop. Explain to the manager the situation. Maybe the manager has a contact point with warranty service. A month is way too long to wait for an answer.
