UPS Picked Up the Wrong Box
MANASSAS, VIRGINIA -- I was expecting an online order and got a tracking info that it was left in my residence around noon. Came home after 6pm no package but instead found a UPS customer receipt on my door with a tracking number that shows it will be returned to Amazon. Called UPS to tell them that they picked up the wrong box. I was referred to Amazon since according to UPS = Amazon will be the receiving end. Told Amazon my case and representative was kind enough to take care of the issue and talked to UPS while I was put on hold. I was promised a call the next day and also that my package will be sent back to me ASAP. Next day, no calls! The tracking info online showed that my box went on to be sent back to Amazon. Nobody from UPS bothered to call me so I initiated all the communication. While they were all apologetic about having the wrong box picked up they could no longer intercept the box. The box, my delivery from another online company, that got picked up was just delivered by the postal service - there was nothing on the box that said Amazon nor UPS nor anything that said return. Isn't is just common sense to read it first before picking it up? Now Amazon and UPS and pointing me back and forth to each other. Who knows when I could get my package back? What a mess! Oh and this is not the first time UPS messed up the delivery!!!!!
