USAA Auto - Bad Customer Service
NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE -- On 9/5/2013 my son was involved in rear end accident with USAA client, the driver was issued a ticket. While I was there I notice being on their cell phone and while the officer was talking to them still on cell. I called customer servicer I was told they were backed up I told them in the vehicle was unsafe to drive on roads.
I called eight days later. I was told by a few agents that their stalling, planning to get rid of vehicle very soon.
