Enterprise - Disappointed
2014 Black Tahoe - Complaint
MORROW, GEORGIA -- My mom said she needed to rent a car. So I told her about Enterprise. So she called them up to reserve a car for 2 days. My mom enjoyed the 2014 Black Tahoe she rented.
However, when she went to turn in the car an inspection was done. The person inspecting the car said there was a dent on the back passenger side bumper. My mom said she couldn't see the dent with her naked eye but could feel it with her hand. My mom said she didn't hit anything. The inspector insisted that the dent wasn't there when it was inspected before she left. My question is: how does she know it wasn't there. Bc if you couldn't see it with the naked eye would it have been possible that the 1st inspector missed the dent during the pretrip inspection?
That was my moms 1st experience renting a car. And it turned out to be a very bad experience & $250 dollars later. That fee was on top of the rental charge.
I have to say as a customer on Enterprise many times that I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that my mom left there feeling like she had to pay for someone else's mistake. She called me & was sick to her stomach. Now I hate that I even suggested she go there. I am a professional driver & I will make sure all my friends & family know about this.
My mom is one of the most honest people I know. I know if she knew she did damage to someone else's property that she would have OWNED UP TO THAT RESPONSIBILITY.
I believed that over all rental car companies that ENTERPRISE would give my mom the BEST PRICE & TREAT HER RIGHT.
Now I'm not so sure.
