Dish Network - Dish Has Terrible Customer Service

ARIZONA -- I scheduled service from Dish Network, and the technician did not show up TWICE. I stayed at home twice from work, only to have the Dish technician never show up. I received no call letting me know they would not be coming either. When I tried to cancel my service it took over a month to have them cancel it. They continued to charge me for service I never received. I spoke to a total of NINE representatives, and spent a total of 3.15 hours dealing with them over a course of 2 months. They are condescending, rude, and unprofessional. On top of all this, they also charge twice as much as DirecTV!
