T Mobile - Worst Company Ever
MILFORD, CONNECTICUT -- T-Mobile has caused me nothing but problems in every single way possible. The service itself is absolutely horrible, most of the time I don't even get service in my apartment unless I hold my phone out the window. My boyfriend uses Verizon and has no problem making calls or sending text messages wherever we go, while I'm walking in circles trying to send the same message for fifteen minutes. I travel for work and the service cuts out constantly which then drops my directions from the GPS.
When I got my new phone in the T Mobile store, the worker talked me into signing up for handset protection and told me that I could cancel it at any time online. I've tried to cancel it online three times already and the website redirects me and says that I'm "not authorized" to make these changes to MY account.
Never ever EVER again will I use this service. I'll pay the $200 cancellation fee just to get away from this company.
